SEH Adds 40 Years of Water Engineering and Leadership Expertise

ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Professional consulting services firm Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc. (SEH®) announced the addition of professional engineers Miles Jensen and Christopher Larson, who bring to SEH a combined 41 years of leadership experience and expertise in the areas of water treatment, supply, distribution and storage.

“We recognize the importance of providing high quality drinking water services to meet the changing needs of our clients,” SEH Vice President Glenn Schreiner said. “With this in mind, we are excited to announce the addition of two new team members.”

Miles Jensen, PE, will serve as a regional water practice center leader and oversee the company’s water engineering markets in Minnesota, Iowa, and North and South Dakota. Miles brings more than 26 years of experience as a water discipline leader, client service manager, and project manager who specializes in advanced water treatment facility process design for surface water and groundwater sources, construction management, and plant start-up projects. Over the course of his career, Miles managed more than 40 water treatment plant design and construction projects, including numerous multi-million dollar projects.

Miles earned his bachelor of science in structural engineering from the University of Minnesota. He is a registered professional engineer in the states of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Illinois and a member of the American Water Works Association (AWWA) in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Indiana.

Christopher Larson, PE, is an environmental and civil engineer with 15 years of experience developing, designing, and providing construction phase services on a variety of water projects for municipalities throughout Minnesota and the upper Midwest. His experience includes pilot studies and testing, preliminary engineering studies, design, construction administration, project management, and startup and training for water treatment and water supply projects. Chris also has provided facility planning, design and construction administration for major sanitary sewer interceptors.

Chris earned his bachelor of science in environmental engineering at Michigan Tech and his master of science in environmental engineering at the University of Minnesota. He is a registered engineer in Minnesota and a member of the AWWA in Minnesota.
