China Wind Systems, Inc. ("China Wind Systems" or the "Company"), a leading supplier of forged products and industrial equipment to the wind power and other industries in China, announced today that it signed an agreement to provide forged products on a trial basis to Guangdong MingYang Wind Power Technology Co., Ltd ("MingYang"). Based in Zhongshan, Guangdong Province and founded in 2006, MingYang manufactures wind power turbines and provides installation services for wind turbines. The agreement stipulates that China Wind Systems will supply yaw brake discs and yaw sleeve gaskets to MingYang for use in 3MW wind turbines. The Company anticipates MingYang to place a larger order with the Company upon satisfactory inspection of the trial products. "We believe our expertise in forged product manufacturing and our commitment to producing quality products will meet MingYang's growing requirements," commented Mr. Jianhua Wu, Chairman and CEO of China Wind Systems. "We look forward to building a long-term relationship with MingYang."
