This contract has been awarded by "K" Line Offshore AS, vessel owner and operator founded in Norway by the major Japanese shipping company Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha Ltd. as the result of its joint venture with ADS Offshore AS. With already 62 such systems installed, ODIM LARS has become an industry standard on new offshore vessels. This system can handle ROVs deployed in water depths down to 4 000 metres.
