Odfjell sells ship for recycling Print E-mail

Odfjell has entered into an agreement to sell the coated parcel tanker MT Bow Prima (45 655 DWT/built 1987) for recycling in China.  

The vessel has Green Passport and Buyers undertake that the recycling yard shall submit a working plan corresponding to IMO guidelines for ship recycling.

The vessel is sold at a loss of USD 3.3 million.
